Glenn Gingrich has been immersed in the Dairy Industry over 50 years. His background includes 10 years owning and operating a dairy farm, 5 years in a Surge milking equipment dealership (sales and service), 16 years working for WestfaliaSurge. At Surge Glenn was the Customer Service Manager, and later played important roles in the Marketing, and Engineering Departments. Glenn has traveled extensively in the United States, Europe. Glenn’s strong faith in God, his well rounded background and experience allows Able Fab n Weld, LLC to understand: manufacturing; Dealer needs and the end customer needs. Able Fab n Weld’s key employees are another reason for the company’s success. Josh Kriesel, Lead Manufacturing Engineer is an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer and ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt is a Mechanical Engineering graduate of University of Wisconsin - Platteville. With 15 years of engineering and manufacturing experience Josh's specialty is process improvements where he designs and implements jigs and fixtures and manufacturing processes that monitor tools and systems, which quantitatively measures the manufacturing processes. His leadership has resulted in significant "lean" improvements in the food processing and electronic assembly industries.
Gerry Erdmanczyk, Operations Manager/Mechanical Engineer, has 40 years of experience in several industries, Automotive, Plastic Injection and Compression Molding, Mechanical packaging for electronic controls as well as Construction Cranes/Telescoping Boom Excavator Industry. His experience as a program manager, team leader, and CAD Coordinator provides a broad approach to the design solutions needed to meet customer needs.
Blake Wilkenson, Welding Manager, has 35 years of experience in welding and sheet metal fabrication. Blake’s ability covers welding Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Aluminum, Copper and various other metals with efficiency and quality results. Blake’s strength is welding very thin, as well as structural, stainless steel and aluminum. Stainless Steel often requires a high quality finish, and his finish is second to none. In addition Blake provide has a strong artistic background that allows for creativity for our customers who request unique designs which require attention to detail as well as pristine finishes.
